Current HSSC Coordination Teams:

· Self-Sufficiency – facilitates collaborative solutions that support the agencies serving people in need and working towards self-sufficiency.

· Healthy Social and Emotional Development – facilitates collaborative solutions with multiple partners that support the Social and Emotional Development of young children (birth to Grade 3) and their families to ensure readiness for school, positive behavioral outcomes, and educational success.
