The HSSC Collaborative Advisory Team (CAT) makes recommendations to the HSSC Board of Directors regarding the annual budget, the two-year Work Plan, LCTS grants, and Coordination Team functions, and oversees the research, planning, and coordination activities contained in the Work Plan. It is comprised of representatives from the Cities and Schools of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, and Richfield, the Coordination Teams, the Community Councils, C.A.P.S.H., Bloomington Public Health, and Hennepin County.
