The HSSC Board of Directors approves recommendations from Staff and the CAT regarding the annual budget, the two-year Work Plan, LCTS grants, and Coordination Team functions. It is comprised of the City Managers and School Superintendents of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, and Richfield, the Executive Director of C.A.P.S.H., the Administrator of Bloomington Public Health, and a representative from Hennepin County.
