Hennepin South Services Collaborative brings together the cities, schools, health and human service providers, businesses, families, and informal community supports in South Hennepin County to work in partnership. The collaborative is formed through a joint powers agreement signed by the three cities and school districts of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, and Richfield.

Hennepin South Services Collaborative unites the coordination functions of a family services collaborative with the research, planning, and coordination functions of a human services planning agency to fulfill its mission.
